THE COMPANY

Prifood Corporation was established in 1990 to engage primarily in the manufacturing of snack food products in the Philippines. It started its operations with its first corn chip line in its first plant in Mandaue City, Cebu. Prifood soon expanded into manufacturing products in other categories like Baked Extrusion, Coated Peanuts, Roasted Pellets and Wafer Products.

In 2005, it opened its second manufacturing plant in Calamba City, Laguna to cater to the demands in Luzon. And in 2012, Prifood further expanded into the bakery category by setting up its first cookie line. In 2017, Prifood began operations in its third manufacturing plant in Davao City to cater to the demand in Mindanao. Soon after, also in 2017, it started operations in its fourth manufacturing plant in Tingub, Mandaue City, Cebu, to support the demand in Visayas further.

Currently, Prifood is continuously expanding its machine lines and product lines with its network of top quality machine suppliers and strong Research and Development team, to be able to provide its consumers the highest quality products at the best value. Prifood believes that the only way to sustain a brand is through the quality of its products. This is why it gives strict importance to every detail of a product that can affect a consumer’s experience. Prifood also strongly believes in continuous innovation to provide the ever changing needs of the consumers because as the market evolves and the Philippine economy grows, so will the taste preferences of the consumers.

Prifood has built 3 megabrands that hold majority of its products and these are Super Crunch, for its salty and savory snacks, Super Delights, for its bakery products and other sweet snacks, and Snackers, for its institutional products. These brands have quickly grown and become household favorites in the country. Prifood believes that the success of these brands is due to the unending process of improving and perfecting its products, to always ensure that it fulfills its promise in providing the best products and the best value to its consumers.
